How does the online demo work?
We use Microsoft Teams with screen sharing. You'll receive an invitation link via email beforehand. No installation required — runs directly in your browser. Zoom, Webex, or Google Meet are also available on request.
Do I need to prepare for the demo?
No. Just let us know your industry and the modules you're interested in — we tailor the demo to your specific requirements. Real example documents from your daily work are welcome but not required.
Is the demo really free and non-binding?
Yes, 100% free and non-binding. No sales pressure, no hidden costs, no automatic follow-up actions. You decide at your own pace whether and how to proceed.
How long does the demo take?
An online demo typically takes 45–60 minutes, an on-site demo at your company 1.5–2 hours. A pre-recorded video presentation runs about 30 minutes and can be viewed at any time.
Which modules are shown in the demo?
We focus on the modules relevant to your use case: scan, print, redaction, archiving, workflow, e-invoicing, digital signature or TR-RESISCAN. You tell us your priorities — we build the demo around them.
Who runs the demo?
The demo is led by our CTO Julius Wukoutz or a technical expert from the Docuflair team — not by sales alone. This means deep technical questions can be answered directly during the session.
What happens after the demo?
You'll receive a summary of the content shown and, on request, a custom proposal. If you want a proof of concept or a test installation in your environment, we plan the next steps together.
