The Repro + Color Service in Freiburg has supported architects, engineers, construction firms and public authorities for many years in digitizing large-format documents. Replacement-scanning solutions existed for A4/A3 — a legally compliant path was needed for construction plans and technical drawings too.

Together, RCS Heidinger developed a workflow enabling replacement scanning with a transfer note for large-format and mixed originals too. Individual workflows can be created per customer and managed centrally; the browser-based application allows cross-site work without additional installations.
