Yes, you can create individual scan profiles with predefined settings: resolution, colour mode, file format, compression, target directory and naming rules. These profiles can be assigned to users or user groups so that each employee can access their optimised settings with one click.

With multi-stage approval enabled, each scanned document goes through a review process. After scanning, a preview appears at the device for quality control.
