After scanning, documents are automatically classified, enriched with metadata and transferred to the target system. The transfer takes place via standardised interfaces or direct API integration - encrypted and with transfer confirmation depending on the target system.
Yes, Docuflair Connect enables bidirectional communication. You can retrieve, view and print documents from the DMS directly at the multifunction device. Authentication is performed using familiar login credentials or cards.
All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Authentication can be performed via certificates, API keys or OAuth. Additionally, all transfers are logged and can be used for compliance verification.
Docuflair Connect is designed for maximum flexibility. The solution works with existing network structures, supports various authentication methods and can be implemented gradually. A complete system changeover is not required.
