Which systems can Docuflair Connect integrate with?
Docuflair Connect supports a wide range of systems: ELO, d.velop, DocuWare, M-Files, Alfresco, SharePoint, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM systems and many more. Thanks to open API interfaces, you can also integrate custom systems.
How does the transfer to the DMS work?
After scanning, documents are automatically classified, enriched with metadata and transferred to the target system. The transfer takes place via standardised interfaces or direct API integration - encrypted and with transfer confirmation depending on the target system.
Can I retrieve and print documents from the DMS?
Yes, Docuflair Connect communicates bidirectionally with your DMS. You can retrieve, view and print documents from the DMS directly at the multifunction device. You authenticate with your familiar login credentials or cards.
How secure is the transfer?
Docuflair encrypts all data transfers via HTTPS/TLS. You authenticate via certificates, API keys or OAuth. Additionally, the system logs all transfers, and you can use them for compliance verification.
How flexible is the integration into existing infrastructures?
Docuflair Connect is designed for maximum flexibility. The solution works with existing network structures, supports various authentication methods and can be implemented gradually. A complete system changeover is not required.
What happens if my DMS system is not supported by default?
Thanks to open REST API and webhook support, you can also integrate systems that are not supported by default. Our development team can implement customer-specific integrations upon request. Contact us for individual consultation.
