How does the prepaid billing system work?
Each user receives a virtual credit account. Credit can be topped up via the integrated web shop (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay), at the secretary's office, by cash payment or at payment terminals. Printing, copying and optionally scanning is only possible with sufficient credit (pre-authorisation).
What payment methods does the web shop support?
The integrated web shop supports common payment providers: Stripe (credit card, SEPA), PayPal and Amazon Pay. Users can log in, view their current balance and automatically top up credit. Manual top-up by the secretary's office or administrator is also available.
Can teaching staff print on invoice or cost centre?
Yes, Docuflair Education supports different billing models per user role. Pupils and students typically use the prepaid credit system, while teaching staff and professors can print on cost centre or invoice. When logging in at the device, teaching staff select the desired cost centre.
