One device license per scanner. The more scanners you connect, the lower the price per device (volume discounts).

Start with a few scanners and expand anytime. New device licenses are prorated for the remaining contract period.

How is the price calculated?
The total price consists of a server license (base price) and device licenses per connected scanner. The more scanners you connect, the lower the price per device through volume discounts.
What is the difference between server and device license?
The server license entitles you to install the TR-RESISCAN software on one server and is required for operation. Device licenses are additionally required for each scanner that should perform TR-compliant scanning.
Can I add more scanners later?
Yes, you can add additional device licenses at any time. Costs are prorated for the remaining contract period. From the next renewal, the new total price applies.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices shown are net prices excluding statutory VAT (20% in Austria, 19% in Germany).
Which scanners are supported?
TR-RESISCAN supports all common document scanners and multifunction devices (MFPs) with TWAIN or WIA interface. A list of qualified devices is available upon request.
Do I need the IT consulting service?
Not mandatory, but recommended. The consulting includes creating the procedure documentation, scanner qualification, and employee training - all prerequisites for legally compliant operation according to BSI TR-03138.
