What is Docuflair Archive?
Docuflair Archive is a software for audit-proof document archiving. Documents are stored locally on your server, OCR-processed and searchable via a web-based interface. The solution runs entirely on-premises – your data never leaves your organisation.
Which edition is right for my company?
Starter is suitable for sole proprietors, Standard for small offices with simple requirements, Professional for growing businesses with multiple departments, Enterprise for mid-sized companies with many users, and Custom for corporations with individual requirements.
Can I switch between editions?
Yes, upgrading to a higher edition is possible at any time. The existing licence is credited proportionally. A downgrade is possible at the end of the current term.
How does audit-proof archiving work?
Docuflair Archive stores documents in a tamper-proof and traceable manner. Every action is logged, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of archived documents can be verified at any time. This meets the requirements for proper record-keeping under GDPR.
What does AI indexing mean?
AI indexing automatically recognises document types, extracts relevant metadata and intelligently assigns documents. This significantly reduces the manual effort required for archiving. AI indexing is available from the Professional edition onwards.
Do I need an internet connection?
After initial setup, no internet connection is required. Docuflair Archive runs entirely on your local server – you retain full data sovereignty and control over your documents at all times.
Are additional users possible?
Yes, additional user licences can be purchased for all editions except Starter. Standard supports up to 10, Professional up to 25, Enterprise up to 100, and Custom unlimited users.
How does device connectivity work?
Scanners and multifunction devices are connected via Docuflair Flow. Scanned documents are automatically imported into the archive, indexed and stored in an audit-proof manner. Docuflair Flow is included from the Professional edition onwards.
